Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Product packaging is tampered or seal is broken upon delivery
• Product does not match the description on our website

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Change of mind after delivery

Damaged or Wrong Products If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.
