    1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

    2. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
    • During peak seasons or festive periods, processing may take up to 5 business days

    4. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹[599] (if applicable)
    • Express delivery charges will be shown at checkout

    5. Courier Partners We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, and others based on your location.

    6. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS
    • You can track your order on the courier partner's website using the tracking number

    7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

    • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
    • If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation with the courier partner

    8. Incorrect Address

    • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order
    • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer
    • Re-shipping charges will apply if the order is returned due to incorrect address

    9. Undelivered Orders If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (customer unavailable), the courier will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
