Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Damaged or defective products are eligible for return or replacement

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return
We will guide you through the return process

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@truerootsspices.in with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
