All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 working days from the dispatch date, depending on the delivery pincode.
Shipping Charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of the products and your pincode. Free shipping offers may apply to qualifying domestic orders as announced on our website.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We are proud to bring our authentic spices to customers worldwide!

Shipping Destinations: We ship to major international destinations across USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Europe, Australia, and other supported countries.
Estimated Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 18 to 25 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
International Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated in real-time at checkout based on total parcel weight, volume, and destination country.
Customs, Import Duties, & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. Trueroots Organic Spices ™ has no control over these additional charges and cannot predict their amounts.
Customs & Import Regulations: Customers are responsible for ensuring that spice and food products comply with their local country’s import regulations. We are not liable for packages delayed, rejected, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped (domestic or international), you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please take photo/video proof before opening and contact us within 48 hours at trueroots.spices@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9924861502. We will actively assist you in resolving tracking, courier, or delivery issues.
